  Nothing positive, very long wait I went there, from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. they were not able to receive me, everything is slow plus the Virgils are not professional at all they let certain people in in exchange for a few under while we are all in the queue where 3 people enter per hour 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔I lost 2 days for nothing

  Pffff no long waiting time and lazy staff I had to wait more than 4 hours to withdraw money from the cash register and the cashier who let me know that I can't because of the new coin that came with it and that I needed the old one I had to do the operation in another agency and the problem that they told me was big this other agency did it in 5 minutes pfff really disappointing and that security guard who agrees to let people in who come after us for a few tickets

  Really nothing positive to say. Minimum waiting time 3 hours and not even able to report to the people waiting. I strongly advise against it.
