::Water was running in the bathroom. Had to take my bath from a bucket. Flushed the toilet with water from a bucket too. When I told them to change my room, they refused. I carried my bag and decided to leave to another hotel before 11am. They refused to give me a full refund. They said I had to pay for that day. How can I pay for that day when it wasn't up to 12pm yet. Such a horrible staff. Worst experience in a hotel in San Pedro. Wish I could give them 0 stars
