Excellent customer service. Secure site. But the room could be more comfortable. The air conditioner is very noisy and the windows are poorly insulated -- you can hear outside noise very well. Breakfast was excellent although there was no fruit available.

I was first well received on the telephone and the exchanges by email were most courteous. However, on site, I was confronted with a certain number of problems which annoyed me a little. Firstly, the hotel does not have children's mattresses on the floor in the absence of a cradle. The height of the bed does not allow your 8 month old baby to sleep there. As a result, my baby slept on my towel for 5 nights 😢 Second point was the difficulty in finding a way to heat the bottle of the baby who gets up earlier. I was informed that the kitchen is not accessible before 7 a.m. I was shocked 😮 a baby cries from hunger and the systematic response was you have to wait 7 hours. The day I left I had a very tense and stressed discussion with the manager who looks down on customers. In short, I was happy to leave

We stayed one night at Hotel La Grace in December 2021. We paid 18.000 for a double room with private bathroom and aircondition. The room was clean, there was hot water and the aircondition worked. The breakfast was included only for one person and consisted of spaghetti. There is a restaurant there with a varied menu, but we were disappointed in the food, especially considering the relatively high prices. There are maquis where you can eat just a short walk from the hotel though. There is a pool there, but it looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. We didn't see anyone using it and there were no sunbeds or chairs to relax in by it. There is a little "lounge" corner close to the pool though which is nice to sit in. The hotel is a bit outside of the city centre, but it is easy and cheap to get there with a shared taxi.
