  NSIA branch with functional ATM. Like most mainstream NSIA agencies, you have to be patient. Sometimes it works with just one cash register even though the agency is full. Slowness, network problem and others. That's NSIA. But it must be emphasized that the team of this agency takes good care of customers despite everything. Hats off to Ms. Kessé, Ms. Hawa and the rest of the team. We hope that the new agency head will do better or at least be up to par.

  Good customer care and good atmosphere from the security to all the other employees. Very professionnal and Lovely. This Lady named Roxane is very helpful and does her job with smile every day.

  Very long waiting time, like 4 hours to just come and deposit your money??? Always network problems it's tiring all that takes half a day to come and sit in the sun what is that!!!!!!!

  Located within Abidjan mall in Cocody Riviera Bonoumin, this local bank branch is easy to access by wheelchair. There is an ATM for quick withdrawals. The staff is available to customers and is welcoming, warm and friendly.
