::The Ivory Coast post office in general did not take the technology train, we had the same services as in 1990, with small improvements which do not mean big things in this 21st century, where the information and IT dominates everything and dictates its law over everything, everything is slow and aging employees who understand nothing special about digital technology. Let them renovate otherwise small structures will swallow up the post office soon.
