::I have never had a problem with this agency until today. The woman (I don't know her name) who replaced my former manager (Amani Kouadio) made me wait from 1:50 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. just to collect my card. And she spent her time telling me to wait because she was on break. Knowing that the agency closes around 3 p.m., she was in her office doing nothing and in the end she wasted my time for nothing because she didn't see me.
