  I often complain about SIB agencies. But the Yamoussoukro agency on the edge of the boulevard is really rubbish. 4 hours time for withdrawal. The bank is crowded with people but there is only one cash register open with the slowest and most rude agent in the history of banks. Customer advisors who are useless. I do not recommend this agency to anyone. We have been complaining about this bank for a long time but nothing has changed. I wonder if there is someone in charge at this bank to put things in order. If you want to make withdrawals, do so in Abidjan before hitting the road otherwise you will waste your time without this agency. To top it off, they removed the suggestion box inside this bank

  SIB Yamoussoukro very well located on the edge of the main road. The ATMs are very well laid out and access is easy for people in wheelchairs. Hats off to SIB Yamoussoukro for the welcome

  Inexperienced staff... a bank to avoid absolutely. The lack of professionalism of the staff means that for simple operations, we wait hours! Null ! Service to be completely reviewed. I repeat... Sucks!

  A bank to avoid absolutely. Do not go there under any circumstances. A real scam machine. No service works, no one answers you on the line, and even when you manage to find someone they tell you nonsense. In short, you are going in circles with this bank

  Local banking agency located next to the NSIA Banque de Yamoussoukro agency along the main road leading to Bouaké. It is easily accessible by wheelchair. There is an ATM. Staff promote banking products and services.
