  with the intention of opening an account I went there, upon my arrival I was very well received by the security agents until the teller disappointed me, she demanded that I wear my card correctly mask, something I did without discussing it for a second, then she replied “yes” first I let her know that her mask is also poorly worn, I would like her to wear it well so that we can both be together protected she answers me for her who cares she wears it as she wants I answered in this case I prefer to leave I really deplored her arrogance, her lack of professionalism not at all warm, she has tarnished the beautiful image that I had from this bank
