  I have been in this bank since May 2020. The reception service is very good. The cashiers are dynamic too. Slowness in processing commercial instruments. But for a new financial institution, it offers great opportunities unlike the old ones which are still in “Antiquity” mode. An interest rate that defies all national competition, very interesting new products and services. A very stunning head office, ATM almost everywhere in the city of Abidjan. Ease of access, managers take care of customers.....in short, I love it

  A bank to flee, I have just suffered moral fatigue for a transfer from Ivory Coast to France by the BDA bank. 2 months and 10 days to receive my money. This bank is incompetent and should close its doors. It is also not a bank but a credit union.
