  Very slow service, unsmiling staff, only the security guards are friendly. On a Friday at the beginning of the month, only 2 out of 3 cash registers are operating. You have to have time to queue and get your money. It is December 8, 2023. Correct the standards. The customer is and remains king. I came by 3 times in 3 days, I feel sorry for the poor customers who don't know that they can complain to improve the quality of service. They suffer like sheep to the slaughterhouse. Many complain quietly and it has no effect. I am finally at the checkout for 1 counter check after a wait of 1h30. Came home at 12 p.m., left at 1:35 p.m.

  Very friendly staff, I do not regret having made the journey from Tiébissou where there is no BOA agency. Counter always provided with liquidity and network always available

  This is an extremely lousy Agency. ATM always broken down or lacking liquidity even though it was the only branch of the BOA bank in the town of Yamoussoukro (at the time). For the interior of the agency, a real turtle service. The service from this agency is nightmarish. I strongly advise against this agency.
