I am not satisfied with this #BACI agency in #GAGNOA, which does not respect its customers and does not take their needs into account. I am a diaspora customer and I made a provision from my country of residence (France) via its subsidiary. For the past week, my parents have been thrown around with false excuses after false excuses. Sometimes there is no liquidity, sometimes your balance is not available, sometimes the transaction was not successful. I find that #BACI doesn't care about its customers.
