  Customer service officer of your branches especially ferkessedougou branch should improve in his way of serving customers, he is not friendly and kind to customers he is not familiar with especially non citizens of Ivory coast. What I experienced in his hand serving me, made regret ever banking with Nsia, I was even forced to call my HR director Dubai to inform him that I will sending him another bank account to be used as my salary account. He should be adviced. Thanks to the head of service of ferkessedougou branch he is doing well to keep customers happy. The branch needs more hands for quick services.
