  The reception at the security level is poor, the security guards do not consider customers who follow the normal line in order to access the agency. There is contempt towards customers. They don't really care about your turn to access the agency, it's only people with whom they have affinities who have priority. You can arrive at 9:00 a.m. or 10:00 a.m. and not be able to access the agency. I have never experienced this except in Bouaké, and from what I understand, this contempt is recurring. I suggest you remedy this. THANKS!
