::Frankly pathetic. Better to take a free day at work if you want to go there. There is a minimum wait of 4-5 hours for your turn at the consultation, despite the few people there are.

::The time to receive feedback after an MRI is long: a week for someone who suffers from an illness, whose treating doctor is waiting for the results for treatment, it's really difficult You can die without anyone knowing what you're suffering from or how to get treatment....

::Why does a hospital hide behind the Catholic name and charge the same exorbitant prices as private clinics? A public hospital is alarming. The reception is contemptuous with a lady who behaves in a casual manner. No respect for the appointment of imaging results we are told with contempt that there is only doctor who would come from Abidjan once a week so one week for a CT scan and the MRI you could die before receiving scanner information. A mess of agents who behave like small bosses. I am disappointed with this center which presents a beautiful face but in no way reflects a hospital in a holy place. The restaurant I don't know if it cares about the parents' purse. With expensive and poor quality meals. 0/10

::A hospital with an international vocation owned and managed by the Holy See (via the rectorate of the Basilica of Notre Dame de la Paix). This hospital, which was a gift from the first President of Côte d'Ivoire, has many assets which can make it the reference hospital in West Africa and even in Africa and in the world!

::This place has the worst customer service . If you have an emergency don’t go there you risk death. No one takes anything serious from the reception to the attendant nurses or even the doctors. It was pathetic to witness and to experience. Even the process of asking sick patience to go out looking for change or else refusing medicine. It almost looks like a ploy. Go there if it’s not urgent otherwise stay away.
