::A beautiful and peaceful place! The location is very well cared for, there are lots of beautiful birds, horses and other animals and beautiful plants. The pool and beach are pristine and the staff is extremely kind. The food is delicious and there are also lots of sports activities to do here! I highly recommend and plan to return!

::Itâs a very peaceful and calming space with peacocks running around, a lot of funny parrots, some horses and other animals. the rooms are very spacious, clean and nicely done. We love to have breakfast on one of the terraces and have a view over the lagoon. The food tastes great. There are a few sports facilities such as canoeing, table tennis or volleyball. you can also choose between the pool and the beach - both are beautifully done. The employees are all very nice and tried hard - but sometimes not particularly well organized. Then it can happen that rooms are needed twice or at the last second, while you want to take a good bye photo with your group, the waiter runs onto the jetty after a ridiculously small amount. All of this reduces the otherwise really good time that you can have there. That's why four stars for me.

::Spent a great day at Coconut Grove Lodge. You take the boat from District 4 (at 10:00 -- they will send the link to where you have to go) for approx 20 min and arrive at an area with a few houses and resort-like buildings, but not too many. Once you get off the boat, you can choose if you want to head directly to the pool, beach or restaurant and are offered a welcome drink and and some bite-size patties. You lounge in the sun, have a swim and relax. Sometime during the morning, someone will ask you to choose from a menu with a few dishes what you want for lunch and at what time you would like to have it. In the meantime, you can see and hear the peacocks and we'll as some other birds that are in big cages close to the restaurant. At lunch, we expected more from our dishes. All, except the chocolate fondant, were ok, but not great. There were some mix-ups with our dishes, for which they apologized. You can use their stand-up paddle boards and paddle boats, but if you want to use the jet skis (because you start to see them passing by), you have to go to the ABD resort next door. The music at the ABD Resort is too loud and unfortunately bothers those at Coconut Grove Lodge. At 5:00 you take the boat back to Abidjan, and leave with the feeling that time flew!

::Very cozy and relaxing place to be. We really enjoyed ourselves here. I recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet place not far from Abidjan. Itâs just 20 mins away from Abidjan by boat. Alternatively if you prefer adventure, you could take a two hour drive around the lagoon through jackville to the place. Very serene place.
