  I am really very disappointed with this agency. The service is super slow. Expect to spend at least 2 hours there just to cash a check!

  Unfortunately, I went to this agency to pay for the renewal of my passport: the service is super slow and bordering on pathetic. I spent 1 hour there without being able to access the payment counter. I finally threw in the towel at the risk of losing another hour. I simply pity the customers of this bank...
