  Do NOT use this branch! The bank seriously needs to review it's security protocols. Security personnel will ask you to stand outside. And then when they finally issue you through, they ask you to turn off your phone. It's like coming to the bank is the highlight of your day!!! Review the security protocols and the way security treats clients.

  What a mess !!! Agents have you staying in the lines for hours while they're calling their friends and relatives with no regards to others. A complete shame. It's 🐝 more than 2 hours that I'm waiting just to buy a stamp. No customer service. The place was full of people with not even the AC on. They seems to forget that we're bringing business to them. I'm completely frustrated and will definitely give a 1 star for a lack of lower rating. A complete scandal applied with a load of arrogance towards the customers.
