  0/10: more than deplorable service. Please note, international journeys offered at UTB stations are not actually managed by UTB. These are individuals who use UTB’s reputation to scam customers. They sell you a ticket for 50,000 which does not at all cover border fees and scams from the Ghanaian police. Allow around 7000 more per head for the rest of the journey. They offer you a vaccination service at 8000; service which is worthless because at the borders they make you pay again for an incomplete passport. In addition, they give you an appointment at 9 a.m. but don't start the bus until 3 p.m. Once you are about to leave, you ask for 5,000 francs per piece of luggage to load it, Abandon passengers on the road, criticize and insult their passengers, ask for more money to be able to put gasoline, make you run to the borders because the driver thinks he no longer wants to wait. Please avoid, there are many other companies that do these trips and for less money.

  Spacious and neat, especially when compared to the rest of the neighbourhood. Friendly and helpful staff. Toilets nice and clean.
