  Yesterday, Thur 19th Aug, 2021, my brother was attacked and tasered by the bank staff of this branch. He was there as a recepient of money I transferred to him through Remitly. He has had a long standing account with this bank and has received money I transfered to him for family support several times. Since Mon, 16th Aug, GT Bank placed the money transfered on hold, claiming there was a problem with the recipients account. Enquiries have shown this to be false. To overcome the problem Remitly changed the transfer transaction to cash pick up in the GT Bank. Instead of paying the money already transferred by Remitly he was beaten up, tasered and bodily thrown out of the bank. Is this their standard of good customer services? At the time of this review, this money is still in limbo. Where is my money? Where were the branch senior officials when a long standing customer was being assaulted by their junior staff?
