  There is a lot of music at night and during the day. On a Sunday there is load music close to the rooms and nobody reacts or attempt to address the issue. No complementary water in the rooms. The lights does not work. The bath taps is faulty. The guard tried to attachment when I entered the premises. Nobody speaks English.

  The room was OK, and the aircon works well. But the rest is pretty shabby. The service is really slow, just to get food can take one and a half hour. At least the staff are friendly.

  One of the best 4 star hotels with very friendly staff worked as a Manager there for 5 years so I know the service is good and reliable...The conference rooms are well equipped with state of the art equipment and the cost is affordable..Book now for comfort and service you won't regret it!

  A three storey hotel with meeting rooms and restaurant on the last floor. Quiet an old hotel but well mantained. Quiet expensive for the facilities they offer but staff are serviceable, nice and accommodate English speakers. In general they can do better. It's also not disable friendly with all the stairs.

  I still have pictures of millipids found in my room. I could not believe the manager brought fumigators to spray the hotel while some guests including myself were in our room. All the manager could say was sorry. When i confronted them. This was my 4th time using this facility and certainly my last. But i still love Abidjan
