::We had a great stay at this hotel. The house is located directly on the beach front. It’s also really nicely decorated with local art and you can even buy a nice piece to bring with you from a craftsman that has a shop on site, but be sure to negotiate 😀 Everything from the cleanliness to food to service was excellent! (Great italian pasta) 🇮🇹 Very friendly staff and owners, that helped us to find a taxi for our visits around the area. Its pricey, but you get what you pay for, and in my opinion, its worth it.

::I stayed at O Sole Mio for two nights with two friends. We had called many hotels and couldn't find anywhere with two available rooms, so the three of us stayed in one room here at the suggestion of the owner. While the room was a bit cramped for three (understandably), it would have been quite a comfortable size for two! Overall experience: O Sole Mio is an older hotel with a cute beach charm. The outdoor space is charming and quite relaxing, both on the lagune side and the ocean side. We had a generally good stay, but there were definitely things that could be updated and improved, mainly in the rooms. Accommodations: The room itself feels quite dated, especially the bathroom. The shower and toilet are in one really small room. The wooden door on the bathroom does not close and some of the surrounding wood pane looked rotted. Better lighting in the rooms would be great. Updated bedding would go a long way to make the face feel more inviting. The bed itself was pretty comfortable. Staff: Everyone from the owner to the servers were very friendly and accommodating. Food: Breakfast (tomato cheese omelette, bread and jam, tea/coffee, orange/pineapple juice) is 5.000. It's very standard breakfast at many local hotels and was quite good. We ate dinner at the hotel one night and were quite pleased with our food. Other: Access to the hotel is a bit difficult. It's located at the very end of the piste in Assinie Terminal. The location on Google Maps is not quite accurate, so we had to ask someone local for directions. There are two parts of the hotel: the main welcome area on the lagune side and a smaller hotel annex located right on the beach. You will park on the lagune side and the staff with transport you and your luggage via a 4x4 to the beach side because of the loose sand. It's a very short distance however – very walkable if needed. There is a lot of outdoor seating on the beach side. There are covered dining tables, lounge beds, and group seating areas with options both in the sun and shade. The beach is quite clean near the hotel. There is a two-night minimum stay. The price is quite decent.

::We had a great time at O Sole Mio! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Antonio and his staff! Atcho and Yves were attentive to every single details for our needs! To top it off, we tried the food at the restaurant and we were sold! Some of the best stuffs you could ever dreamed of! Our stay was definitely a pleasure and we will return for sure

::Beautiful rooms that are reasonably priced with view of the ocean and waking right on to the beach. Food options are limited for vegetarians and was really expensive. We bought a few things in the local market but hard to get food if you are vegetarian. The staff was super helpful and nice just being right on the beach. Got pretty sandy in the rooms on the floor, which they had better system to wash feet to prevent this. Nice place to relax.
