  I opened my account in this agency since 2006 being in service in Abidjan in 2010 I was assigned to San Pedro when I send a letter or we send them an email to respond it's a lot of problems, you try to call and you will hardly be answered. Since September 13 I have sent a letter so far nothing soon I will relocate this account

  This is the location of MIRADOR headquarters. The BIAO agency is located on the other side of the road (gendarmerie side).
