  As an American Woman traveling alone this is my 3rd time here. The first time there was only a basic room left. It was fine. The second time was a room on the first floor, that came with a bathtub too. This 3rd time I'm in basically hat feels like a 1-bedroom apartment with everything at an affordable price. The service and security are all 1st class. The cleanliness, exceptional. Thick windows, low noise. Haven't even seen 1 mosquito Many of the staff speak English and are very professional. They help me with anything I need for the room and anything I need help with to move around Abidjan. After 3+ years in C.I., I wish I had found this place earlier. It's the best I've found. Unless you are super rich and want to pay hundreds per night. Also, Kevin at the front desk has perfect English and went above and beyond. Though all the staff could easily work in Beverly Hills. No lie.

  I just wanted to leave a review so it don't happen again, I booked my room weeks in advance. To just get a message couple hours before I travel out of the states that my room will not be available due to them allowing the person to extend their stay and disregard that I have booked for my stay after I land in Abidjan, now I have no time to rebook, and as if it was no bother to them at all.

  I spent almost 107 days in the hotel to date but I was charge for 26 September two time at each ending of one month payment I will pay two times The first payment of 625 000 CFA was having no TVA tax on the receipt the second the same My second payment was no Tax receipt Can I say the are rubbing the government tax or not I tried to explain to the receptionist to understand that no guest should pay for the day leaving the hotel before 11 am but the refuse to understand The room cleaners are perfect the only thing I admire the girls are perfect in there job

  I do like this place. The price is relatively moderate and easy to find. A big plus also is that the most of the staff at the reception speak English which is very helpful. The rooms are okay depending on the room you can afford but there's still room for improvement. In all it's a great and a lovely place in a nice environment
