::The gentleman i booked 3 rooms from forgot to book the rooms and all the rooms were occupied by the time we arrived. And when i arrived with my team, he lied that I didn't book rooms there, i booked rooms in one of their branches which was in the city. Funny enough, the manager confirmed to us that, that branch of their hotel the gentleman mentioned is no longer functioning 🤷🤷🤷🤷. So the first question is why will i even book a hotel in the city where i am when i was heading to Yamoussoukro for a site visit. And even if i booked rooms in the other supposed branch in the city, why will the gentleman confirm my booking when he knew very well that they closed that branch🤷🤷🤷 I was so disappointed, really really disappointed.

::Rooms are nice. AC wasn't working properly. Staff is very friendly. A bit pricey for what you're getting.
