  I like the welcome, the order is respected and you are available for your customers... However, the listening is not there, you sell us with a smile and ignore our needs, I have been here for about 8 months billed for a service to which I came to unsubscribe, I even came back 6 months later to ask for unsubscription again, I also wrote to a receptionist, but nothing is done, I am unfairly charged even though I been charged for unsubscription.... Pfffff until when will you see your interest to the detriment of that of the customer?
