  Slow service, the two counters rarely work, especially at the end of the month. Not enough seating space for customers and difficult to stay under the sun. No consideration for people waiting outside. The security guards have not been trained to give priority to the elderly, pregnant women or women with children. We do not have a choice. Please update the site for closing on Monday.

  Very slow service, no automation for the queue. Today they have blocked all withdrawal customers to favor those for deposits/payments.
