  This bank could have competent services but processes files slowly. We are in a project and we must have the salaries positioned by the 25th of the month at the latest but the Agency Manager is unable to meet this deadline always finding arguments that do not hold water. Imagine that last month we had to wait until the 7th to get the salary even though we were in the middle of the school year and we have commitments to our banks. This has caused us enormous harm.
