  1. The bed is too soft, my family had quite bad sleep. And I hurt my back; 2. WiFi in the room is not stable, I can’t use it smoothly. 3. When I take shower, wait for 5 minutes to receive the hot water. 4. My kid can’t enjoy the swimming pool at 6pm, because the hotel chose this moment to spread the chemical product to clean the pool water.

  I was impressed when I walked throu the door. The security guards where polite. Friendly staffs. Rooms were outstanding. Lovely view. I have been welcomed by Angele Guest, she was acting professionally and with a beautiful smile.

  Best location, the food is so delicious! Professional and lovely staff, the only issue was my room!! It wasn’t my expectations but couldn’t get opportunity to change room because the hotel was full booked, i enjoyed my stay there though,

  The location is great, even more than great is fantastic, but it lacks the cleaning and better services. The personal is willing to help out, but there are so many things should do. Pool is huge, wonderful place, should be kept clean. The Sofitel tower, you can see it is old..

  We waited for two hours for so called pizza and two hours and both were cold, didn't taste like pizzas more like garlic bread if anything. Only good thing was the pool. Don't come here if you're expecting good service.
