::It's good to have this type of agency for proximity to us local customers. But when they display a clearly visible program and we, the clients, come to the agency taking the program in question into account, they must make the effort to respect it. On Saturday, it was meant that they opened at 9:00 a.m. but the first agents did not arrive until 9:20 a.m. And meanwhile, many customers had been sitting since 8am. And no communication to indicate that there will be a delay.
