  The cash collection service is not even equipped with a printer to photocopy our identity card. We have to fill out the documents in the basement, go upstairs via stairs, ask for a photocopy, then go back downstairs, and then they collect the money. It's a nightmare

  Very poor service provided by them, even 1 withdrawal or deposit took whole day... staff members are very rude and careless, it reminds me about dealing with government bank establishments.... Zero PR value... whereas client relationship is concern, no one attending you calls... personal gestionnaire also doesn't care for client... No enough parking space at branch...better to choose any other bank.
