::No concrete organization. They make you take the tickets without respecting the order. Service too slow and inefficient. No communication with their customers. Cards that deal with issuing debit cards are always nervous. They talk to customers without looking into their eyes. We love Ecobank, every customer is important and should be treated differently. A few smiles would be nice. There are young ladies at reception who are very friendly but they can't even communicate with customer service because the lady terrifies them with her look.
