  The service is impeccable. A welcome worthy of its name. In any case without having needed to contact a service, the young ladies at reception immersed me in a world of satisfaction. Professionalism

  As much as the welcome is reasonable, the fluidity and customer intake are catastrophic. I don't know what the point is in giving order numbers of arrival and ignoring that. A screen that just serves as decoration. Personally I don't think it's up to security officers to manage this. More than 3 hours to pay 40,000F for a passport tax receipt, I find this very lamentable. The agency would benefit from automating this service (payment for passports). The world is evolving and we must evolve with it. The rudimentary methods are from another era.
