::Hotel Novotel is located in the Plateau which is like the Central Business District of Abidjan.. It’s my 3rd stay here in the past year, I absolutely love the decor and ambience of the reception area and the variety of options available for breakfast. The rooms are basic, bathrooms could do with an upgrade.... The only downside to my stay here has been the epileptic WiFi...
