  Beautiful hotel with a great buffet (not inexpensive however). I loved the decor in the lobby. Also nice outdoor seating area.

  The food choices are atrocious. The cleanliness is commendable. Too pricey for the business traveler

  Hotel Novotel is located in the Plateau which is like the Central Business District of Abidjan.. It’s my 3rd stay here in the past year, I absolutely love the decor and ambience of the reception area and the variety of options available for breakfast. The rooms are basic, bathrooms could do with an upgrade.... The only downside to my stay here has been the epileptic WiFi...

  1. Absolute worst WiFi I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. 2. Pillows are terrible and cause neck aches 3. Restaurant options are expensive, limited and food isn’t great - have you order in from local restaurants
