::Une expériemce terrible! First of all, I was given a room with faulty air-conditioning system at 38 degrees Celsius.the technician that was called after several hours came and pretended to be working till I slept off and he ran away without fixing the AC. The following morning the hotel wondered who lodged me in the room that hot! As if I lodged myself. I was given another room this time with no light in the bathroom and again after several requests, the electrician confessed that the light issue is complex and beyond fixing during my stay. I paid over $200 per night to go through this horrible experience!

::I appreciate the good works of the hotel staff ranging from its security, receptionist, chefs and management. Their human relationship is superb. The rooms are very nice and comfortable to live in without fear or favour. Most especially, I want to thank Naki for her good service. Her introspection was quite good and nice. Keep up the good work.

::The room was ok, no fridge, Wi-Fi in the room is terrible and all the tv channels are French. They must start to cater for international visitors also. Poor planning and communication from the hotel. They need to start to learn English. I had no supper because they ran out of food. No shuttle service. The elevators is not working properly. Im praying that i would never be required to stay here again.
