::I liked my stay here. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel does offer rooms with a terrific view. My only concern is the hotel's protocols and standard operating procedures. If the hotel strengthens these areas; it'd have the potential to become a five-star hotel.

::Very spacious and modern stuffs. They take their security seriously in the sense that your room card can only you access to you floor. Each room has about 55" TV, kettle, pressing iron and board, fridge, a safe, portable fridge and a suite brush

::Great experience at Pullman. Rooms are comfortable and are kept very clean. Very good spread for their breakfast with super tasty options. Visited their restaurant a couple of times for lunch and dinner and was not disappointed at all. Would be great if they can have more staff that can communicate in English as this presented a challenge in a number of occasions.

::I was told that this hotel was one of the best in Abidjan. There was not much to complain accept the service in the restaurant, some days OK and other days terrible. No effort is made to cater for English speakers. Breakfast offers great variety. Tables were left dirty after customers have gone. The pool area was also dirty with used towels Lying around and no one in attendance. We had a very expensive dinner with poor service on the first night. Dining felt like you were eating in a cafeteria. The setting over the river and the highway is beautiful. Beautiful decor in reception area.

::Absolutely excellent all around, rooms, service, location. To top it off...the highlight was that I couldnt get a car to the airport very late at night and the manager of the hotel gave me a lift as he was travelling on the same flight. Cant get better service than this!! Thanks a lot!
