  Over 30 minutes to make a deposit! The photocopiers at the counters are broken even though a copy of a document is required! We have the impression of being at a mobile money counter in the market

  The checkout service is too slow and the ATM is regularly broken. I do not recommend this agency. I went to their nearby counter once every two days for three weeks without being able to withdraw anything because the counter was always broken. I am really disappointed.
