  I have never had a problem with this agency until today. The woman (I don't know her name) who replaced my former manager (Amani Kouadio) made me wait from 1:50 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. just to collect my card. And she spent her time telling me to wait because she was on break. Knowing that the agency closes around 3 p.m., she was in her office doing nothing and in the end she wasted my time for nothing because she didn't see me.

  Local bank branch located next to the branch of the Ivorian electricity company along Boulevard des Martyrs and is easily accessible by wheelchair. There are ATMs always in service for quick transactions. The staff is professional, welcoming, friendly and warm, they are available to customers.
