  It’s incredible to have to travel almost 3 hours for a pick-up even though there are no people there. The service is terrible. The people who work there take their time and don't respect the customers' time. I am disgusted. SGBCI frankly we will have to review your service. Your slowness and lack of respect for your customers is becoming aberrant. At this stage it is abuse. People take leave from work, cancel their appointments just for a minor transaction. It's disgusting!!!!!! RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS!

  I did not have a good experience as a customer today. I made a withdrawal at the cash register without even asking for a receipt (a serious mistake) and without counting the tickets before leaving. I realized that there was 20,000 CFA francs missing. So I suggest you always make sure you have received the full amount before leaving the room and don't forget your receipt, because trust does not exclude control.
